Corporate and service plans

The Corporate Plan sets out our priorities and details how they will be achieved. The current plan is based around seven themes that were identified from a Resident's Survey, various consultation exercises and the Community Plan for North Lanarkshire.  Service Improvement Plans provide details of how each department within the council will contribute to the achievement of these corporate priorities.

To monitor and demonstrate progress with the Corporate Plan each year we publish a Performance Plan and a Performance Report.
